First Aid.
First Line.
The medic team is the frontline of care at every No Kings Dallas action. Medics provide immediate basic medical treatment, distribute water and snacks, offer wellness and emotional support, and practice harm reduction to keep everyone safe.
From treating minor injuries and managing dehydration to assisting in the extraction of injured individuals, medics operate under Good Samaritan protections and serve as the critical link to EMS when emergencies arise.

Eyes Open.
People Protected.
The safety team is the backbone of every organized action. Their primary role is maintaining the overall safety and flow of the protest — scanning for potential hazards, disruptions, and threats before they escalate.
Safety volunteers help direct traffic, guide participants along planned routes, and stay alert for medical emergencies or security concerns. When situations arise, they either address them directly or coordinate with the appropriate team to handle them swiftly.

// 03 — Legal Observer Team
Watch. Record.
Protect.
Legal observers are neutral, trained volunteers who attend protests to monitor and meticulously document interactions between law enforcement and demonstrators. Their presence is both a deterrent and a safeguard.
LOs record instances of police misconduct, track arrests in real time, and gather evidence that can be used to protect protesters’ constitutional rights and support potential legal action. Their documentation can be the difference between justice and silence.
